There are not many people who have worked from the age of five (did he have any choice?) to fifty. Not much of a childhood to grow up too fast. There is an old saying about people who work their way to the top, there are even more who will try to pull them down. The prescribed drugs were powerful painkillers but he probably burnt himself out.  Grovelling MPs take note.
