What a magnificent stage.
If you're a contender you should always be at the front of the Peleton.
I remember a crash back in 198? when Pedro Delgardo was at the back
and lost a load of time to Greg Lemonde. The press quizzed Greg to find his
response to his chief rival's misfortune.Greg just said,"Well he should've been riding
at the front".
It's much easier riding back in the bunch.
I think we've sorted out the team leader in Astana
P.S. Johanne Bruynel said it couldn't be predicted and caught everyone
by surprise yet Lance said they expected something could happen in the last 40k.
Bruynel is as deep as a drawn well : he never gives anything away.
