I have tried to watch the coverage throughout and I've had to rely on foreign newspapers and TV channels to get the whole picture. How about if next time we get full time experts that follow not just the local boys but the whole tour? It has been a highly controversial tour and yet no one has seen fit to comment at all... ? I know all about Cavendish and Wiggins but nothing about this year's events. And by the way, when Contador gave a speech at the podium, to the question posed by ITV, "I wonder which language he'll use", the answer was most probably Spanish, surely, and yet there was no one at hand to translate - if we add this note to the fact that the French played the Danish National Anthem and that was not picked up by your commentators either, you may just begin to see how poorly this event has been reported. It is not the fault of some of the commentators who have no reason to know it all, but the directing of the event and ITV Sports' attitude in general which is pretty pathetic.
