Well what about when the yolk is runny like in fried eggs or egg and soldiers (in an egg cup with slices of bread to dip in the yolk), is that bad for you? New Marmite in a squeezy tub - This is the best thing ever. Dearer to buy initially but crafty me, bought a large jar of marmite at the same time AND JUST RE-FIL IT. It is a little tricky at first but just get a butter knife and ease it along a little and I guarantee there is no mess and your life is made much easier from here on, I promise
