Derek's seance on Michael Jackson and the Paranormal

Hello, my name is Sara and I am an Intuitive Interpreter. In other words a psychic. I was glad to watch the conversation about the seance and I would like to express my opinion.

As a respectful reader, I use a code of ethics and respect my place as to where I stand in receiving messages and how I deliver them because, I do believe there is another side, I do believe in the paranormal. I think Derek crossed over borders in the name of publicity sadly, the seance did not conclude any evidence from Jackson relatives or friends that new him in person. It also showed lack of compassion to the Jackson family. I do not wish to include my opinion on seances here, but what I will add is something as sensitive and as delicate as this was made a mockery for live television. There is something that the seance delivered. It was simply used for entertainment values. I did not watch the seance myself because for one I disagree with the whole thing. I believe it was an exploitation on Michael Jackson. For people out there who believe that intuitives or psychics are all money grabbing people who like to prey on the delicate and vunrable really isn't the case. Unfortunately I am here once again to defend the exsistance of real psychics.

In the Alan Titchmarsh show today, a clip was shown of the old James Bond film "The Man With the Golden Gun". The clip was of the duel scene, where Nick Nack, who is of obvious ethnical minority, counts down for the duel. When James Bond turns around, Scaramanga is gone. After watching the clip, Alan said "Where he go?" in an obvious Asian accent. I consider this offensive and racist. Does anyone else agree with me?

Complaint against Alan Titchmarsh drinking on TV

I think it was irresponsible of Alan Titchmarsh to drink alcohol on television when the cocktail waiter made cocktails. Not only does it glamourise alcohol on live daytime television, but is also impaired Alan's judgement of what was and was not acceptable. It was evident that Alan was affected by the alcohol when he made the "Aloe vera!" joke. The alcohol then led him to take two platter covers and pretend they were breasts. Not at all suitable for daytime television. If he continues to carry out such unacceptable behaviour then I think he should be removed from television. Does anyone agree?

Today’s show featured a segment on celebrity political endorsement and whether we care. The segment discussed, specifically, Michael Caine and his alleged endorsement of the Tory Party in the upcoming general election. I was disappointed with the way the show handled this segment. It was alleged that Mr Caine was interested in voting opposition because of a rise in ‘crime.’ There was no mention of tax policy in the segment. I believe this was sloppy reporting and one wonders if this production is capable of accurate, informed reporting.

Thank you Carol Malone for your rant about the PM allegedly taking anti depressants and being under strain...all of which is media speculation.

Point 1 - EVERYONE has the right to medical confidentiality, and who is she to stick her nose into anyones medical history?

Point 2 - As mentioned, many people in history have suffered depression (including Churchill) and have still gone on to do much good for this country and indeed the world...or would her ilk have rather us not had Churchill in office and possibly have lost the war?

Point 3 - People who have mental health problems have enough to deal with, without suffering her kind of ignorant prejudice. Has she not seen the advertisements on tv about the stigma surrounding mental illness and the campaign to stop it?

Point 4 - Yes she is entitled to an opinion, but so are the rest of the A.T. guests, and she displayed very bad manners as she continued to shout them down and not allow them their proper say.

I hope A.T. programme makers will take note, I am not a happy viewer at the moment.

Thank goodness this show is coming to the end of the series.I find it smutty and not suitable for afternoon broadcast.

Mr Titchmarch wants to "Teach the nation to garden" by showing us how to pot up a few plants with the help of an unfunny warm up comedian.Any show that relies on a warm up comedian is suspect but I think it probably is needed for Mr Titchmarch's oversized ego.

The one good thing about it is that I can switch off and get out in my own garden.

I'm really fed up with the Alan Titmarch show where he has the same old people on everyday giving their views on everything. I'm not sure who they are just some fat jounalist , why can they not take somebody new out of the audience each day and hear real peoples opinions? instead of that fat lump of lard.
P.s I might be a bit over weight too but I don't talk as much bias crap as him get real people.the show is paying him a wage as well as his own job.

Very disappointed where the researchers were able to find the two anti Catholic commentator’s baffles me. In a multi cultural society any other religion being denigrated in this way would not be tolerated. To find two people within a three-person team who hold similar and biased views was a poor choice.
