I have been happily watching ITV Player since it started but yesterday when I tried to watch I just got a circle revolving and the words "loading"

Is it any wonder that mmanners are deteriorating when we have to watch an advert on ITV that states 'Gas and cowboys dont mix' - together with the disgusting sound effects? Surely there are other ways to make people take notice. Whoever thought that on e up shouldn't be allowed to make any more adverts.

Benidorm Series 3 (Except in Scotland?????????)

I saw that Benidorm Series 3 was billed tonight and then I read the dreaded words - except in Scotland? So what do we get instead on STV, another tired old Taggart repeat. I've nothing against Taggart per se. but are STV turning into a bunch of Wee Scotlanders now? Just recently I've seen program after new program with those dread words attached. On STV we are getting sub-standard stuff instead? What gives with their programmers I wonder?

Ive been using itv player for months and months and had a few problems but nothing major. Now i cant watch anything, i click on the link and it takes me to the program, but there is no screen with the start arrow in it to press and start watching. I just get nothing at all. Is this happening to anyone else.

Please tell me whats wrong someone

STV programmes cancellations

I live in the Scottish Television area,and i am totally disgusted that we are gradually losing all of our itv favourite shows,only to be replaced with scottish factual series,discussions and films.

I have e mailed them regarding this,but they are just not interested.we did not get Benidorm special,Lewis,Kingdom,and now to cap it all we are losing the Bill(a programme that has been on our screens for over twenty years.

I myself,and many others are not interested in this Tartan Trash,and would much rather get the same programmes as ITV. Not all of us can receive sky television either.

I got a useless e mail telling me that i can look forward to Scottish diverse programming,etc etc.

Well newsflash STV,I don't WANT diverse Scottish programming,and neither do a lot of us.

We are not all Haggis eating,tartan wearing idiots who live for Scotland.

We pay our television licenses like every other UK citizen,and i resent this disgraceful treatment and blatant anti-English programming.

I have installed ITV player on my computer,but not everyone can do this.

Can we not sign up to a petition or at least do SOMETHING to register our extreme anger at the so called schedulers.

I have now boycotted STV for everything including news,with the only exception being the soaps (although for how much longer we will get them is anyones guess.)

Send in the dogs

I think it is about time Police Dogs got the recognition they deserve. I am a Police Puppy Walker. I look after two Police German Shepherd bitches. I train them to become very good Police Dogs teaching them to track, chase and bite and search for items etc. The Police own the dogs but they are in my care. I keep the dogs at home with my husband, two children and other dogs.We have litters occasionally and care for the puppies until they are 7 weeks old when they are moved on to other puppy walkers to do basic training. I have been doing this for just over a year and really enjoy every minute. The puppies are moved on to their new police dog handler at around 9-12 months of age to graduate to fully working police dogs.

changing Coronation Street airing from Wednesday to Thursday

Why oh why is Coronation Street being moved from Wednesday 19.30 hours to Thursday???? Wednesdays was perfect. Now we have too much soaps to watch on a Thursday which does not agree with my time schedule and most of the time I find myself missing Coronation Street. Does anybody else agree and does anybody know the ITV e-mail address or postal address?

I just caught the end of an advert for an itv show today though i'm afraid i'm not sure what it was! Only i love the song but have never been able to find out what it is. It's quite a gentle song, with a female voice going 'dah dah daah'

Haha, sorry that must sound insane! But if anyone can somehow make some sense of that and help me i'd be very grateful!

I dont believe that the dog taken was a pitbull, its eyes were more english bull cross, and it wasnt aggresive, and how can anyone who claims to love animals not mind them being put down, i've had sheperds for 40 yrs, and love all dogs, its not the dogs its the owners should be put down, watch the dog whisperer he has a pack of pit bulls and he will show you they are ok. why should the dogs suffer?

Change of evening for Corrie

Why is it necessary to change Wednesdays episode of Coronation Street to Thursday. Alternate evenings were Coronation Street evenings, now the week is lop-sided. Please change back, everyone we know who watches Coronation Street liked it the way it was.

So ITV have found the money for this event? I/we would have liked to have seen the money put to better use by bringing back PRIMEVAL to our screens.

It,s getting so sad when a brilliant production with all the CGI effects, thrills and excitment of an extremly high class Sci-Fi has to be dropped for what!!!

Can i just say what a very lucky lady Fern Britton was today on This Morning, my gorgeous beautiful man John Barrowman was waiting for her as she came into the This Morning studio and sang Can't Take My Eyes Of You to her, and at the end she kissed him ,oh Fern you are so lucky, what i'd have given to be in your place today . You're one lucky lady.

I have just been reading the ... NTA- re-shuffled.

Not taking place in it's usual time slot late October. Instead moved to 20th Jan 2010.

and moved to O2 Arena.

Why bother spending any money on this extravagant event, it's too wasteful as ITV are claiming cut backs, this should be one of the first events to go.

It's very sad ITV dejected Primeval as this has been a very popular drama, it connected with so many people, also gave ITV alot of respect going against Dr.Who.

Primeval has worked it way through to the third series giving us so much exhilarating action, with the CGI monsters......incredible [who else on tv has this so good!] The actors have just been a perfect combination,[cool Abby and Connor] Left up in the tree, I want to rescue them [Abby] !!Primeval will get stronger if only ITV sign it up for the 4th series we all want to see.

Primeval has much more to give to the public it deserves the chance by itv to go forward.

Trevor McDonald's Secret Caribbean - shameful

I was so looking forward to this mini series, having just spent 5 months sailing around the Caribbean islands. What a massive disappointment. I involuntarily cringed at Sir Trevor's servile "ever so humble" and "trying to please" approach to people, especially with Richard Branson and David Copperfield, and gasped with embarrassment as he stumbled along like he was a total amateur. He went to the most fabulous islands and showed us very little of them - his lack of inquisitiveness and dare I say it personality made it the most boring and dull program ever. There was a total lack of information too. I grimaced when he said to India (granddaughter of Lord Mountbatten, Viceroy of India), as if finally resolving a huge puzzle that had mystified people since the beginning of time, something like "oh - so it was a conscious decision then, to name you India?" to which she nodded (no doubt thinking Thanks Sir Trevor, for solving that mystery for us, I had no idea where my name came from). Well, DUH Sir Trevor. Wouldn't you say that's sort of obvious?? I can't believe that this program was aired as it was absolutely pathetic. Stick to reading the news Sir Trevor and leave documentaries and travel shows to those who know how to do them properly. What a waste of money - give me a good camera, a small budget, and I will show you the REAL and INTERESTING and BEAUTIFUL Caribbean.

Secret Caribbean - Trevor McDonald

I have been watching this series and was disappointed last week when Trevor visited Jamaica. Thus far he was highlighted how beautiful the caribbean is but visited Jamaica and showed the worst parts. I mean really, if you were visiting England for the first time would you highlight the ghetto or would you showcase the many splendid places of interest. Jamaica is the home of many beautiful sites so it was a shame to highlight Coronation Market and talk about the crime rate. Disappointed!

Music used in Worlds Best Diet programme

Hi, there was some instrumental music played during The World's Best Diet, hosted by Jonathan Maitland which I really liked, does anyone know what it is? I have also heard the music played on other TV programmes such as The One Show and was used in an advert for Accu-chek (a gadget for diabetics to test their blood sugar ). The music sounds quite tribal and repetitive. Can anyone help?
