I was realy exited when it advertised moving wallpaper was coming back on tv so i thought echo beach would be back too but i was fed up to see it was not on please can you bring back echo beach .

OK, I live in America and I'm pretty sure that Echo Beach doesn't air in America (I had to watch it on the internet). Anyhoo, I love it soooo much and I reeeaaaallllly want it to have a second season....not just because I love Ed! I loved this seies. It was so refreshing to see something lighter and fun. I loved the characters, the simplicity of the set and the lovely scenery. It was different and should be supported as there are too many big blockbuster type series amking TV rather boring.

30 minutes is no where near long enough. Its fantastic. I so look forward to a Friday night in - but no more - whats this sex and teenage rubbish on now in its place. Echo beach should be on longer and not in a series but as a soap. Martine and Jason are fab together........

I cant believe the cliff hangers at the end of each episode. I had no idea this finished this week................no wonder I cant series-link it on my Sky+ !!!

I know this is a discussion site but i also thought it the best one to ask for a little help in finding out about some music that is played in nearly every episode . is there a sight that i can find the actual music played .

I can get the cast,episodes but not the music information as with other soaps . so if any one can help i would be grateful . Its a piece of reggae type music . Thank you

What a fantastic show, loved every minute but agree with others it was not long enough.

Hope there is going to be another series.

most enjoyable, easy watching but entertaining with catchy story lines too.

Well done ITV an excellent idea well carried out.

Echo Beach and Moving wallpaper is the best drama that I have watched in years !! Normally a Lynda la Plante fan, this was a breath of fresh air and I must admit kept me in on a Friday night (couldn't wait) to watch it and the casting was just right.

Hope there will be more in 2009, is easy watching, gripping stuff that unfortunately ends too soon but always on a note of suspense ( it should be on for longer )

I would like to congratulate all those involved in Echo Beach for an outstanding finale to what I consider an outstanding TV show.

I have been following Echo Beach (and its 'brother' programme, Moving Wallpaper) religiously from start to finish and I have thoroughly enjoyed it. What I am about to say may sound odd, or exaggerated, but it is in true sincerity that I say that Echo Beach is the best TV programme I have watched thus far. Was it the unpredictable storylines, the relationship driven core or the sheer genuineness that earnt it a place in my heart? I don't know exactly, but I know the emotions it invoked in me and my burning desire to find out what would happen next have never been created by anything else on television. And on that note I would like to again congratulate those involved.

My final comment would be to plead with the relevant authority to commission another series. It may not have the highest ratings, but those who do watch it enjoy it thoroughly and it would be criminal to disappoint all those people who desparately want more. I will not write any more, for fear of sounding melodramatic or unnecessarily pleading.

This is by far the most obvious and basic programme I have seen since I was about 7. The kids cannot act (very wooden) and anyone with an IQ greater than 10, knows whats going to happen next. My wife insists on watching in, on the grounds it must get better.

Well, it didn't. And what a pathetic climax on the final show... What is that big round white thing, Oh yes, its a steering wheel. So why did Martine look so very confused as to what to do next.

Glad its over!!!!
