Just wanted to say that I really enjoyed the scene where holly got drunk and kissed Aaron. Both actors were good in this scene and i'm glad that they have finally got together (sort of) :D and Holly was quite funny :P

Just watched Emmerdale and saw Andy and ex Katie having a chat in the Woolpack and she said how lovely it was to see him laughing and happy. Well bully for him (no pun intended). I wonder if his victim, Jo, would be so happy if she was still in the soap. I guess the writers would have her fully recovered, over it and married to the next guy by now. I've signed into these boards just so I can write somewhere how devastated I am that a wife batterer is shown as accepted back so readily and all is so happy & smiley. I know we have to expect all sorts of difficult storylines. I guess this one has just really affected me. It's a terrible situation for many people treated as just a storyline with the bad guy welcomed back like a long lost hero.

I can't say I'll miss Eli, but I love Joe Gilgun and he's a brilliant actor, probably one of the best young actors in the country. He deserves big things to happen to him.

Great news - Charlotte Bellamy (Laurel) has given birth to her first daughter, Teddie Boo Florence.

Charlotte and partner Mungo Denison had their third child yesterday at around 11am - she weighed in at 7lb 9oz.

"She is beautiful and perfect and we are totally over the moon!" said the actress.

Charlotte will be back at work in the New Year, but for now her character Laurel Thomas has to contend with her husband's ex, Sally Spode, living under her roof while she tries to sort out her marriage problems.

However, we can't help but notice how cosy Sally looks with her feet under the table at Mulberry Cottage...

Kim Thomson and Amanda Donohoe have both signed new contracts (hooray) and now Maxwell is leaving, those two will more than likely have more scenes together without their go-between. I am looking forward to these two finally getting some decent screen time.

Yes, I know she can be very, very annoying but we saw a different side to her last night when she was telling Bob about the girl that set herself alight in her cell. She obviously had affected by it and it showed she can be caring.

Am I the only one who thinks the actor who plays mark wylde is wooden. The only facial expression he seems capable of is staring, staring harder and frowning with the occasional sigh.Can a storyline be created to put him in prison for the duaration?

I thought Natasha was meant to be an ex-model, if this is the case would she be dressing so badly with such poor make-up and hair? What are the wardrobe people doing to her she looks as if she would be more at home with the Dingles.

She is meant to be a wealthy woman and yet her clothes look inferior to both Faye's and Pearl's.

what was wrong with ryan last night when he wen tto home farm to pick up katie? he went all funny when he seen maisey its not like he dosent see her every day in the pub or village. is this going to start a story where he falls for maisey leaves katie and it all comes out that there brother and sister, seems bit daft tho as hes hung up on katie . or was something else bothering him at homefarm?

I have liked his scenes with Laurel and Faye lately. They are the only two who he talks to like human beings rather than talk down to.

He's smug, arrogant and so unapologetic with it.

What is not to like about this guy? He's hilarious. The writers have made it quite clear, as has Lyndon Ogbourne, that Nathan is better with words than his fists and he plays dirty by relying on his mama and papa's cash.

It's going to be very good when he realises he's not the eldest child, that his whole family has been built on lies and that he may have to work for his fortune.

While the producer told Jeff he wouldn't be covering old ground, sadly, that's exactly what Cain will be doing on his return next week. This week has been lovely without him but then again I'm not easily pleased. I wont be fobbed off with old characters returning and having the same storylines.

I felt so sorry for him in Fridays ep (9/Oct.09). I lovee the guy that plays him, he's so good! I thought i would start a thread about him because he doesn't have one yet!

I love the whole thing they have going on with him living with Paddy, them as a duo just make me smile! Anyone else feel the same way?

At 26 years old, he should get off his high horse. Katie didn't exactly tell him the real reason she got pregnant for a married couple did she? Ryan is still living at home, incapable of doing his washing and can't make a sandwich without spilling it. No wonder his mummy babies him.
