Big thanks for this, it's worked for me too. Something must have changed on the site that Norton had started picking up that it didn't before.  

Thanks for suggestion, I have ''Norton Internet Security 2006'', so Pop-up blocker would be similar.  I'd already set IE to allow pop-ups on ITV.com and from your suggestion temporarily disabled the Norton blocker, but it still didn't solve the problem for the Scene By Scene pages.

At the moment I am getting ''This feature requires that the free Flash Player plug-in is installed and JavaScript is enabled'', I have updated to the latest Flash and checked JavaScript but still get this same message.  Previously this had worked fine for ages, anyone else having the same problem at the moment? I've used the feedback link, ...
