The problem is now solved! In my case, all I had to do was to turn off the pop-up blocker in Norton 360 (one of the extra features) as well as setting the blocker in IE7 to allow pop-ups on the ITV.com site. As soon as this was done, I got my vido player back! Give it a try, soulie, if you have a pop-up blocker in your antivirus software ...

I am getting the same problem as soulie. Every time I log on to ITV.com, I get the error message ''This feature requires that the free Flash Player plug-in is installed and JavaScript is enabled'' .
