I didn't know this thread existed  Well july 2006 I weighted 14 stone I am 5 feet tall I lost 2 stone and started putting it back on 2 weeks ago I joined slimming world, so far I have lost 7 lbs and down to 11 st 13 lbs My own personel goal is to get down to 10 stone, then take it from there   The weight did not go on overnight ...

Well its Sunday afternoon and I sitting here all alone in the cafe  Have people comming for dinner later so, I have all the preparartions done and the meat is in the oven 

aww we will miss her contributions to the forum   how long will we have to wait until she turns 18   congratulate her on passing her driving test

Hi all I have been around the world trying to get back on the forum how are you all keeping    I had a busy summer, son got marries and we spent a few weeks touring the highlands of scotland
