sandypoint - when they filmed the looe shots they blocked off the quay so only extras could walk down it. shots from across the river were done late in the afternoon so there weren't that many people around anyway - that area is the fish market so when the tide is in all the boats are out so there isn't much activity going on

actually on the episode guides on the main echo beach site, in the episode 4 picture it shows a blonde short haired girl with a bottle of wine, that was on east looe quay, and you can see my office in the background across the river

You are quite right ollie, the wreckers arms (the pub in EB) is actually the shark angling club of great britain headquarters/a beauticians in Looe, I work exactly opposite so saw a lot of the filming.
