no i don`t agree because if he spoke to someone with respect it may go in better for them.... The reason he shouts is because its his show and likes to let everyone know it is his show....  Therefore if he shots at the top of his voice to people then he knows he is top dog and no ine can over write whatever he says to them.... because he is ...

Oh myy god....... I am so glad somenoe had mentioned that he winds me up so much on the radio..... I like him to the telly... but he hasn`t got a clue what he is doing on the radio and he just needs to get off.... cause he is winding me up so much!!!!
