Renault won't be that close trust me.They were expecting to find 0.5s before the next race and expected top teams to find 0.3s.When running slicks the distance covered doesn't count towards testing limit, otherwise the teams wouldn't touch them I guess.

The reason for the blue flag.A circuit is a convenient way to attend, compete at, spectate etc. a race.  You should really think of it as one long road, when the backmarkers are caught they really are 4 or 5 miles behind the leaders and would not even have the opportunity to hold them up.
