• Re: New Race Winner

I really wanted Bourdais to be something special, joining F1 after so much success in the States.4 champ car/indy car (whatever they call it now) championships in a row, put him in one of my fantasy F1 teams.I know the interim Torro Rosso isn't the best car, but so far he has failed to impress really. Yesterdays accident hasn't helped either.

Thanks for that intelligent input.I think Kimi already won a few races at McLaren though. And no, that is not an admission of your claims before you start again.

  • Re: testing times... HELP!!!

Renault won't be that close trust me.They were expecting to find 0.5s before the next race and expected top teams to find 0.3s.When running slicks the distance covered doesn't count towards testing limit, otherwise the teams wouldn't touch them I guess.

  • New Race Winner

Who would you like to see gain thier first victory?I'm not talking championship here, just somebody who you think deserves to be on top for a day. Personally, I really want Heikki to get one, but I think he'll have to do it soon as BMW pile on the pressure and Ferrari continue to dominate.

Staying in the hotel, then be prepared to get up really early and plan on being home late.No earplugs, as above.Food aint cheap, but is always a toss up, carry your own or pay for convenience?By Sunday you should have the hang of whats going on anyway.Check out your seats early doors, if you don't like them you can grab a pitch anywhere on the ...

  • Re: 1 point for overtaking

The reason for the blue flag.A circuit is a convenient way to attend, compete at, spectate etc. a race. You should really think of it as one long road, when the backmarkers are caught they really are 4 or 5 miles behind the leaders and would not even have the opportunity to hold them up.

  • Re: Who appointed Jackie Stewart as official mouthpiece?

I would imagine he gets asked, so answers, pretty simple really. If the question is; why do they ask him? Probably because of his world titles and continued involvement in the sport at many levels I would say.

  • Re: Greener F1?

brooster: Cyclone, its not the LED's that use the power, their power use is minimal. Its the appliance in standby that remains powered up almost to the same level as though you were watching it! Had a feeling that was going to come up, was just trying to shorten my post a little.Endurance races are not floodlit through the ...
