On the local tv news tonight,it stated that 75% of the monies awarded on this scheme,went to those that DO NOT really need it.It seems to sum up what a farce this goverment and this scheme really is!!

My sentiments exactly! This level of weather is not uncommon up north but does the media give coverage like they have recently?....no! It seem thats the country begins and ends with london and surrounding areas.If this is their reaction to just a measly few inchess of snow,heaven help the southeners if a foot or more should fall.!
