Not being funny, but that article was posted on 30 April on the SCi-Fi website while Primeval was still airing. In the article Adrian Hodges said that no firm decision had been taken although he was confident of a 4th series. The question is, is this Adrian Hodges' position TODAY?

But this was posted on 30 April, while Primeval was running. Is that ITV's position today?

I don't mean to upset anyone, but I am trying to keep it real. In the grand scheme of things, it WAS JUST a DRAMA - a gripping one, but a drama nonetheless, and I think that people need to get their heads out of the clouds and come down to earth. I may not be a 'true' fan, but I loved it too. I have the DVDs which I pull out every now and then ...

Why don't you all accept that Primeval is well and truly over, it is dead, defunct like that monty python parrot. It was a well loved show, but things come to an end and you need to get over it and move on. I loved it too but life goes on. It was just a drama, albeit a great one (the very hip S1 and S2, that is. S3 - well, they certainly messed ...

Maybe he wasn't convinced of the format, but he's a professional who was expected to fulfill the brief he was given. Considering he wasn't given very much to work with I think he did a good job as an action hero, which I suspect is what the writers/directors wanted him to be. Whatever his view of the programme, it didn't come across in his acting ...

Not being funny, but - why are you starting a new petition when there is a perfectly good one going already that has now got 200 'signatures'? I mean come on!! Sign the petition that's already there.

Ah, you know, I wish Nick Cutter hadn't gone, if only I could wave a magic wand. If Dougie Henshall were reading all this he would see how much we valued his role in the programme and what a terrific actor we think he is - though I'm sure he has better things to do than read some of this forum, especially the bits pertaining to Cutter!
Anyway, ...

Hi 1p,
I don't think you're being fair on the Quinn character; I suppose he was given his brief as an actor to play action man and I think he did that to the best of his ability within the confines of this different and ''dumber'' format for the show. I gotta say, I did like his screen presence. However I do agree with you on everything else you ...

Sam, -
but on three conditions: 1) that they tie up the loose ends that were left from S1 and S2 (eg claudia brown, etc) and give us some answers 2) they coax Douglas Henshall back to Primeval - perhaps with offers of more money and more meatier, meaningful storylines and 3) They beef up the relationship dynamics between the characters with ...

Can they do that? Cancel a show after leaving it on SUCH A CLIFFHANGER? UNBELIEVABLE! How could they do that to fans who have already been denied countless resolutions to the various strands of S1 and S2? There were lots of problems with S3, but to cancel the show in this manner, after having created this cliffhanger, is so below the belt. ...
