We have seen this type on thing many times by many drivers in the past and drivers have only been penalised if they keep the gain. Hamilton gave up the gain (quickly) then retook Kimi entirely fairly. Nobody else has been penalised for the same type of action.

This was a great race, but utterly ruined by the FIA.
One week Ferrari get away with a clear pitt lane violation and now the FIA have to go looking for a reason to penalise Mclaren again!
We need an investigation into the FIAs dealings with Ferrari.
