A bit of chest puffing here I think.
There is currently an evident power struggle in F1. As KatieKutie expressed in my thread about F1 power, Bernie holds it. But the big teams have become so very influential in the sport. Bernie and Max are worried about this. They are not at all happy about the formation of FOTA. ...

Agreed...............to a very fine point
I have watched/read F1 since the late 70's, but only taken a keen interest in all aspects of the sport from the late 80's onwards. Bernie led F1 in the early years that is for sure, and Max has been very pro safety. In my opinion Bernie has moved away from manipulating situations, to ...

So is it with the FIA, Bernie, Ferrari, McLaren, other teams or a combo?
When Ron stepped aside at McLaren I thought the back bone had gone from the McLaren team. Now Iโm not so sure. It could be a case of that sly old dog has just provided the team with a new tail for him to wag and McLaren will keep its clout. Then again, if ...

Isn't it time to make the stewrads decision final and binding. The FIA should appoint a regular team of proffesional stewards to attend at every race. They make a call.....it's final.
Any protest which effects a race result should be lodged with race control immediately at the end of the race by the team and heard by the stewards ...

My initial reaction to the first broadcast was 'horse-racing' - I'm glad I'm not the only one! It's just that he has a 'horse-racing' kind of voice..
I can't agree about Eddie, though - I think he's comedy gold! ...

Leggard has to be 'THE' most irritating commentator, he really does sound like a horse race commentator. I'm sick of all the mistakes as i'm sure Brundle is, I lost count how many times he actually picked him up on things today.
Why did they not have someone with obvious more experience to give the consumer accurate and good ...

I keep reading stuff on this issue. It looks as though Hamilton did not tell the truth to the stewards and followed the party line. I also think a great team has become paranoid about penalties on the back of the last two seasons and even further back. With the benefit of hindsight, i'm sure they would have kept Trulli ...

Last year He was punished with a 5 place grid position loss after he was found guilty of obstruction during the Malaysian GP qualifying session.
In Canada He was penalised for ignoring the red light at the end of the pits (which ended in collision with Kimi Raikkonen).
In France (where he took his 5 place penalty for the red light ...

Basically what they are saying to the young drivers who dream to drive a F1 is : ''If you want to win , cheat and lie''
Thanks God , FIA is there to watch them and give justice to everybody
You must be very close to the in side of F1, because that's the only way you could come to such a conclusion. If you make your ...

I am reliably informed that the FIA are to announce the Malaysian Grand Pix race results, immediately after Friday free practice has finished.
