hi panda, l have, and do often feel simular to you, so do thousands of others, maybe millions believe it or not. There is no easy solution to cure it, but you are doing well going out and about, having and keeping a partner, seeking help for the problem, just try to be not so hard on yourself, your doing ok and of worth.

Think we are now a society that makes all types of relationships more difficult, partners, parents and adult kids, brothers and sisters, friends, neighbours, increasing division, as orwell predicted, is it lack of trust, or respect, people becoming more insulting with less good manners, more aggessive, competative, jealous, less confident, ...

Not sure if l see where the hypocrisy is, millions of people enjoy bingo, lottery, bookies, same with drinking, wine with a meal, pub, choc and sweets, or needing  painkillers, so are we to hide them all from view as if they dont exist, or hide all unhealthy food from people, children, because a small minority become addicted to them, we live ...

l dont think there,s much doubt that jeremy kyle show is car crash tv, but most of us do have a morbid curiosity to look in, sadly much of the worst elaments of behaviour and morals it portrays is becoming more typical in society, be it the show usually finds the most extreme.
