• Re: itv replay is pants

I've got a similar problem; there are ALWAYS ''technical issues''. Forget trying to catch on problems that were on Friday over the weekend, I usually have to wait for Monday...If I'm lucky. And Big Geordie I agree, BBC iPlayer is amazing compared to ITV catch up. But its free catch up so I can't complain that much. But they do need to ...

  • Re: Brits Abroad.

He has. These shows are repeats :( There was an alcoholic about.....4-5 months ago on the show who was told he had 2 weeks to live. His condition was shocking and the JK show was his last resort as he'd done evverything else. There was another one a bit longer ago who was also near death because he drank a LOT due to his mother's death. The JK ...

Whats with the last three JK episodes being repeats of stories 2-3 months ago? Is it the same on TV or is ITV making mistakes? Thanks in advance The dates btw are the episodes starting from about the 4th of April.

  • Re: Complaints - How Jeremy speaks to people

naaaaa she wouldn't have her self confidence ruined what people seem to be forgetting, is Jeremy is the front to get the ''truth'' out- the REAL work goes on behind stage with the aftercare team. Oh and JK haters? He's been on air for 3years (ish) and with millions of viewers. If everyone hated him so much then he'd have been taken off years ...

  • Re: the use of lie detector tests should be stopped.

well being a student, twenty people where in the class XD There have been LOADS of studies to prove that the polygraph is effective BUT i do agree there is ALWAYS a chance that you could fool it. HOWEVER you cannot fool the lie detector to say that you're lying- only to say you're telling the truth.

  • Re: the use of lie detector tests should be stopped.

annettek: squaccy: If the polygraph is only measuring skin conduction and pulse, then the reliability is 90% ish. If the polygraph incorporates all those PLUS brain waves, it is then harder to fool. We did test a polygraph which only had skin conduction and pulse and out of 10 people testes only 1 managed to fool us. There's some contention ...

  • Jeremy Kyle is NOT NASTY

I am now drying my eyes after todays show (6th November '08) when Jeremy announced he was donating money to the daughter of a terminally ill mother, just so the mother can see her daughter marry before she dies. And he even requested to be on the guest list :D So any of you J.K haters, sorry, but that is the nicest thing ever and I know he'll ...
