I do enjoy JK if I get the chance although I tend to agree that he is rude and arrogant.. And not even people at the bottom of the ''social ladder'' deserve to be spoken to like that.  Although the one thing I have always wondered is.. Are they actors, real people, or a mix of the two? Jess Reid
