This is so true, if only people could realise that vegetables are comparitively cheap and infinite tasty dishes can be made by using herbs and spices. I very much wish that cooks would suggest vegetarian alternatives when they are explaining recipes e.g. instead of worcester sauce you can get a veggy one or capers could be used to add flavour ...

It is great fun but there should be more ideas for vegetarians,especially in International Vegetarian week May 18th -24th.
