The series was shot in one season (summer I think) so to expect all the dishes to be summer based is not realistic as it is ''Britains Best Dish'' and not ''Britains Best Summer Dish''. I do hope the contestants never see the Judges that have been drafted in for the finals. I've never seen such a sour faced bunch in all my life. They all look as though they have been chewing lemons. A smile cost nothing and it doesnt mean you going soft in your judgement.
