Lauren Fignon was the best Le Tour rider I ever did see.  Being English, I hate the French , but Fignon was a great Le Tour cyclist. Nick P.S. Great to see some brief interviews with him on ITV4 too over the last three weeks.

Garmin, the GPS people, are using their Edge 705 GPS enabled bike computers (I have an Edge 605) on their sponsored GARMIN CHIPOTLE team during the tour, and the telemetry data is uploaded each day to the 'motionbased' web site so all can see/use it.  A staggering wealth of information - and staggering data from le tour riders  Nick

Does anybody else think that the quality of interviewers is not up to asking good questions of the likes of Mark Cavendish? His response to some of the inane questions posed demonstrates that he has no respect for them. Why can't ITV get an ex-professional rider who would get respect and ask sensible questions?

Has David Millar had anything to say about the Dwain Chambers situation?  Why do the team think Millar has had an easier acceptance back into his sport than Chambers?  Is it purely a case of eloquence in arguing their case?  Does athletics have things to learn from cycling or vice versa re. doping prevention and punishment?
