  • Bring back Montreal

I think there's a lot more to some of the teams wanting out of the budget cap issue.  Losing the last race that was in North America sure lost Bernie a lot of his fans.  Tradition sure doesn't mean much anymore.

  • Re: According to Independent, McLaren likely to be banned for a year

I find hard to fathom that F1 and FIA would alienate approximatly 35-40% of their viewership and support base, nor can they, in this climate, afford to. I cannot believe that the commercially astute, but personality malignant Bernie, would be that stupid. I agree that the saddest part of this is the fact the Heikki, a well liked gentleman, will ...

  • Re: Bernie confirms 'special' relationship with Ferrari!!!

morgandude: Finally it has been confirmed elsewhere on the 'net.CAR WARS episode 4...A New Hope.George Lucas couldn't have written it any better than this!.......but will the evil Empire crumble? Can Lewis Skywalker and Obi-Ron bring balance to the Force? Can the Sith Lords Darth Mosely and Darth Eccles be overthrown?   So we were all ...

  • Re: Ferrari MUST Appeal

I too feel sorry for Massa, Sorry that Bourdais was penalised when Massa bumped him on the exit from the pit lane and was penalised Sorry that Ferrari were not penalised for twice letting him out of the pits into the path of another car Sorry that the FIA had to change the rules to penalise Hamilton for letting Reikenon (or howhever ir's ...

  • Calling all true F1 fans to boycott this weekend race dont watch it!!!

Im going to boycott this weekends race and im asking ever true F1 fan to join me! If we dont we'll be letting the FIA distroy the sport in letting them decide who will be the F1 World Champion & not letting the drivers fight it out on the track like true drivers can. In fact I may never watch F1 again if Hamilton is ...

  • The F in F1 & Now FIA

It would seem the F's in both F1 and FIA stand for Ferrari. The last two seasons have been a complete farce – all decisions go the way of the 'Red' team. I am away and watched the Race @ 6:00 in the morning local time, it was one of the best of the season, (Though the commentary was not a patch on the job ITV do !) I went to bed to catch ...

  • Re: can Donnington pull this off

I think someones having a laugh, my son and I plus, on occasioins our families love to go to the British GP we love Silverstone and since the access improvements we have never had delays of more than minutes getting in or out.All the facilities offered on in and around Silverstone suit every type and kind of supporter. On the other hand ...

  • Re: WHAT DO YOU THINK OF THE NEW TITLE DECIDER THAT BARNIE WANTS TO BRING IN???

The driver with the most wins has taken the title every year since 1989, when Ayrton Senna won six grands prix but lost the crown to four-time race winner Alain Prost. I think that consistancy is better than domination in a season, but having said that it hasn't made any difference for the last (almost) twenty years - the point leader has also ...

  • Please, Please, Please, NOT Bernie’s daughter.

I think F1 is fantastic. But please, please don’t start buy bring unqualified persons like Tamara Ecclestone to the screen because you believe they are adding a bit of glamour to the show. (Wrong)She was even asked not to come back to GMTV when she didn’t even turn up for her 1st show as regular fashion presenter on LK Today, & also ...

  • Bernie.......GO TO SLEEP

What is this nonsense from Bernie Ecclestone that countries with greatly different time zones should change the time of the race JUST TO FIT IN with the European time zone..... He is getting MUCH TO BIG FOR HIS BOOTS. It is and has been a fact of life that because of the nature of the planet being round, that it rotates and that it orbits light ...
