I last posted a while ago as I was going through a particularly tough time with a break-up. I'd like to thank everyone for their help and advice.

Anyway, don't know if you've seen it but I'm the chap on the new Sensodyne commercial!! I've been getting a lot of stick for it but just thought I'd let you all know so you can all have a laugh at my expense.

thanks. To be honest I still haven't seen it myself! It did come on a couple of nights ago but my natural instinct was to switch channels immediately!

It's been almost a year now since the break-up and I must admit it still makes me angry. Doesn't help when you take your niece for a walk and stumble across your ex moving in with their new partner Anyway, onward and upward and life is great at present!

Ive not spoken to you b4 and im sorry about your break up but like you said onward and upward. I havent seen the ad but i will keep a look out

Hey personal trainer, i shall be keeping me beady eye open to see your ad, then when you do become bond i can say, 'oh yeah, knew of him when he was the sensodyne guy'

just seen the sensodyne advert and if you dont mind me saying but WOW you should have no trouble finding another lady!!! and your far to good to play bond too
