hello,
just been reading the forum on this subject, and have come to the conclusion that this is what i must have! no matter how much i try to stretch out my legs it doesn't go away! i have tryed to excercise more, go for walks, runs, bike rides etc, but to no avail! however, when my leg starts to play up, (it is always in my left lower leg) i either pop it out of the bed covers, the cool air seems to ease it. if that doesn't work, i rub lavender oil into my calf muscle, which works wonders!
i hope this helps others too and i will be trying all the other suggestions! good luck to all, remember, it could be worse, we could not have any legs!
