Hi!  Yes, easy - go into www.itv.com/best dish and pick out Weeks 1-4 individually!  Cut and paste into word and then print out the ones you want.  The sweet parsnip pie is very unusual but scrummy!

Have been trying to login for the last two days to thank you -  till I changed my browser from Firefox to Explorer.

It is confusing as the recipe was announced on the show as 'Prawn and Chicken with Methi and Dhaniya'  and it was a dry [bhuna] dish... now described as 'Curry'! [gravy]... and the picture that goes with it... repeated with a few other recipes.

Itv should get their act together.
