they've nearly got it right ......

Well, i was hoping for a cross the board streetmate, but it seems its another student dating show, where everyone seems to be under 21, they put this show on tv in primetime, when students are either working in bars or drinking in bars, so lets have a better mix of age groups, so that us older singles dont feel left out again, the hard work of finding someone single when youre over 30 doesnt get any easier,

what does anyone else think ?

I think the problem with TV now is that they get people over 40 to make programmes for teenagers and young adults.  People over 40 have no idea what teens and young adults want to watch.  A good example of this is on eastenders and the channel DAVE.  I am under 30 and I am offended at how people over 40 guess people my age are.

Eastenders is about 10 to 20 years behind and DAVE is a channel for 40+ year olds who still think they are 20.  A problem is because they have no idea what young people like to see on TV they have "focus groups" and because when young people are in groups they try to act like each other they all think everyone likes something when none of them do.

It is not suprising that people under 35 dont watch as much TV as they did before, there is nothing to watch.
