I made a dish for a family buffet lunch and the hit of the day was a recipe for Thai fish cakes.   The main ingredients are chicken, tiger prawns, Thai red curry paste and a sweet chili dipping sauce.   I lost the recipe when AOL changed their groups and have been unable to relocate it on the net.   I would be very grateful if anyone can remember it.
