Episode - "Witness: Innocent Blood" 16th Jan Camera work = WTF?

What the hell happened with the camera work in the first 20 minutes? Looks like it was shot by someone from care in the community, camera was constantly moving all over the place, zooming in and out, switching to a different shot every 3 seconds, I thought I was going to have an epileptic fit, are they trying to be 24 or something? Shockingly awful. I've been watching the Bill since the early 90s and this was the first episode I thought I wasn't going to be able to finish. Please tell me that was an aberration and the show will return to using watchable camera techniques?

Glad I wasn't the only one who thought this. I gave up watching after 5 minutes because the camera work made the whole thing unbearable.

Sort it out will you please....

Trying to copy Casualty, the latest gimick.

One less viewer here, as it simply makes me sick watching it

I am sure a 4 year old kid could shoot more watchable video.

My commiserations to those who work in the video editing suite at Thames/Freemantle....

I've just registered with this forum specifically to complain about the camera work in the Bill, thinking I might be the only one.   I couldn't agree more with placebo.  The Bill is one of my favourite programmes and for the first time I switched off afer l5 minutes.  I felt nauseous, couldn't follow the dialogue because of the sloppy camerawork moving away from the speaker and giving us a glimpse of the floor and quick shots of everyone in the room - anywhere but the speaker.  The whole thing looks amateurish and slipshod.
