Having watched tonight's report on the repossession rate I cannot believe that the lady who was interviewed about the charges that people are having to pay banks/building societies for financial advice could be so smug.  This is why people get into difficulty.  How on earth can this be justified.  It is always the same banks/building societies are your best friend when you have money and then quickly turn their backs on people when difficulties arise!!!  Our grandparents keeping money under the mattress had the right idea.....
