I would just like to say a big thank you for the way that the cot death was acted out. in thursday episode it was so true to how you feel and display your emotions at the time,     I lost my 8 month old daughter to cot death 19 years ago,and you always think that you  are on your own with all the feelings and emotions that you   no one else understands how you are feeling  . The writers were very sensitive but true in there research  even down to laurel  saying  that when she went in to his room it felt calm thats the thing i remember most that when i went in to kirbys room it was like slow motion and straight away you now somethings wrong.Well done for yet again a splended story that will tug at every mums heart for a long time to come  from dawn adams nottingham

I've just watched it again and sobbed my heart out again - I'm lucky that I haven't personally suffered a cot death but my sister did - my neice was 5 weeks old when she died and would have been celebrating her 21st birthday this year. My sister no longer talks to us but I really hope she watched this - she couldn't cry when her daughter died as she blamed herself - I hope this programme has helped to make her cry out all those years of hoplessness. I think this was brilliantly acted and deserves major awards at next years soap awards.

What you said was exact this will tug at every mums heart for a long time to come I watched the episode and still can't get the scenes out of my head and cry every time I think of the way they acted Charlotte (Laurel)and John (Ashley) deserve high recognition for this as it must have been the hardest thing they have ever had to do
