Did anyone see the alan titmarsh show today.  The pork and leek sausage roll receipe calls for 'double minced belly pork'   Can you buy this already prepared.  Is it raw  - or do you have to buy belly pork - cook it - and mince it.  I am new to this message board so I hope there is someone out their that can help.  Thanks
