I think YBF is absolutely brilliant entertainment, and so much fun for everyone on Saturday evenings. But what I'd like to know is - why is the date generally in bottom corner on some videos obscured? I notice the pixylations to conceal the date, and at first I thought it was perhaps just the videos of children, but this is not the case - it seems quite random and yet there must be a reason.

Can someone tell me why, cos I just can't figure it out!!!

 

I've been searching for the answer for the last 2 hours, they don't just do it on YBF but police camera shows etc.. It's driving me crazy why.

Its because they are using films sent in many years ago.            If you look at the clothing being worn and such you will see that they are films from late 1900-2000's :)
