If lewis gets a penalty for forceing raikkonen off the road at the start,why this week when bourdais rammed trulli off the track this insident was not investigated or does no one bother about lower teams

It is all to do with them not being consistant,and untill that is sorted out then not even the drivers know what to expect.

It's because there was no Ferrari involved. A penalty against Bourdais couldn't work to the benefit of Ferrari!
