sanian1:if it is the teams that have a good kers system will have a big advantage dureing qualifying . Ferrari have already said theirs may not be ready in time for next season this could see them starting races well back on the grid . and we've already seen the effect of that from most of kimi's season . should it be banned untill all the teams have it ? or should we just let them get on with it ? ferrari haven't exactly got the smallest r and d budjet have they.
Why should those teams that have developed their KERS system be handicapped for those that haven't?
Ferrari have known for as long as anyone else what the regs for 2009 were, so if they choose not to put the resources into development, why should other teams be penalised?
They have, as you say, an enormous budget so they only have themselves to blame if they are 'disadvantaged' or will Ferrari need outside assistence from the FIA to win in 2009?
