i am new to this .as anyone cooked the moist fruit cake that Phil did .as i did just has he explained in the demo .....i put the cake in the oven for the said time the cake was not cooked .so i had to cook it much longer was the timing correct for this cake ......i normally do a boiled fruit cake with chopped tinned pineapple and the juice that takes just 1 hour . and is very moist.
