Icannot believe that Mark was kicked out,not once did he serve up raw food,he tried too hard methinks ;perhaps if he had been younger and had experienced chefs/cooks at home then he would have been chosen.I don't want to watch anymore .Rosemary Shrager albeit a marvellous Chef,is rather biased,so no more Reality Chef for me.I also think that not all like under-cooked meat,I hpoe Mark gets an apprenticeship with a very good Chef as his potential is there.
