Has anyone else had trouble watching ITV movies online?

I'm desperate to see Goodnight Mister Tom for my English lessons and the movieplayer doesn't seem able to show it?

Does it work for anyone else? Is there something I should be clicking?

Oh, I love that movie. I know it can be bought in HMV and I'm sure you could get it online.
