Let's proove that Series 4 is deffinatly going to happen to ppl who think it isen't.

Let me start:

1) Douglas Henshall hinted it accidentally on GMTV

2) It states it clearly on Wikipedia

3) At the end of episode 10 it didn't say it was the last of Primeval for ever (it said for now)

What are your proofs? Please add to this list!!!!!!!!!

i've got some proof and i've put some of them in question form:

how will danny get back home?

how will connor and abby get back home?

is death the real end for helen?(knowing her, probably not)

they said in the making of primeval series one that "SHE" (likley to be claudia) will come back as well as "HIM" (cutter or stephen)

I think there will be a season 4 but you must know that wikipedia is not reliable... It is edited by the public - one day it could say that there is a seasion 4 the next day someone can edit it and say there isn't and vise versa... So don't reli on wikipedia.

i'm going to sound lairy although i'm not, so

1) what interview? date please so i can youtube it or something

2) anyone can write on wiki, if i wanted to i could go and write that there wont be a series 4 right now

3) yeah in on the audio commentary they were talking about plans for next series, INCLUDING DANNY GETTING A GIRLFRIEND!!!

The series was unfinished... Danny was stuck through the anomolie.... if it ended there it would be like WHAT?

I read it somewhere (maybe Wiki or something?) that the series 4 was not completely confirmed but the bosses said at the momoment primeval SHOULD be having a series 4 (and also why would they just leave it as a cliffhanger if they knew it would finish?)

I read an interveiw with Andrew Lee Potts saying that it wouldnt be the last of him and that he was looking forward to the "future"

I know this all seems a bit unsure but all put together im pretty sure there should be series 4 (fingers crossed)

EVERY PART of wikipedia can be edited.

(Laughing) Well this part isen't, i coulden't edit it and im an official member of Wiki - I've been on it for about 5 yrs now!

I havn't looked at wikipedia, but I did see the interview - Dougie just said he didn't know anything about whether there would be an S4, but thought it would be sad if there wasn't one, so no actual proof either way I'm afraid!

I've just looked on Wikipedia, and I can't see any sign of where it says there will be a fourth series?  I can see where it talks about a film or a spin off series, but nothing about series 4.  Yes, it would be sad, but it maybe that they are preparing the way for a film, and then it comes to nothing a la "Quantum Leap".

I'm confused.  It would appear two people have started an argument which could be settled in a moment, but are completely ignoring anyone producing facts to end it.

 Perhaps, abbylovesconnor, you could cut and paste the bit from Wikipedia which states that there will be a series 4 - it's still not a guarantee of a series, but I am curious as to why you continuously use this as proof, when it doesn't appear to exist?

I don't see any proof that there won't be a series 4, either, it may have different characters in it, but it's a pretty successful show, as you can see from the amount of CGI's used.  People might not think that the CGI stuff is good, but it's expensive, and they don't balk from using it.  You don't spend money on a show which is not doing well.
