ITV finally get their act together and produce a show that the whole family can watch on a number of different levels let it run for 3 Seasons and then decide to kill it off citing that it costs to much to produce or more to the point it doesn’t create lot’s of money from phone lines. Anyone else think somebody at ITV has seriously lost the plot???

*** I suppose we will get a wonderful cooking show in Primevals place, or perhaps a comedy show based on the inner workings of the ITV company, if it wouldn't be too close to The Office.

I can't understand this decision.ITV makes money by selling advertising time so if you have a show that is pulling in regular figures of 5 million+ surely that ads that appear during this show are going to earn you plenty, but now whatever is put in its place is an unknown quantity.Somebody at itv needs to rethink this decision as it does not make sense if you need to save cash try cutting some of the numerous cooking and chat shows that i'm sure we would not miss

I hope they do. This happens time and again, they pull a series leaving so many questions unanswered. I found it highly entertaining for my whole family and certainly don't want more reality or cooking shows, or even antiquities shows.

Why oh why does a decent family prog come along and it gets removed?  It is/was the only 'green shoot' amidst the piles of rubbish on the TV at present.  Why not cut Coronation street down a bit, or some other mindless drivel that seems to pass for entertainment.  I can cook, I am not interested in celebrities, or Britain's got Problems!

Come on ITV, you are missing out on a huge audience that has selective viewing, I know of at least 30 people who were looking forward to the next series, how many does each of those know?  Look at the DVD sales, surely that gives you some idea of the audience.  Who did you ask anyway?
