    Is it possible to ask Jean Noveli Christo for the recpe for Piinepple Crackling that was shown in the programme from Rhonda last Saturday

    I have chacked out bbc/food Eating in the Sun. There are featured recipes from the series,unfortunately pineapple crackling is not one of them. Maybe if you could find out the name of the restaurant you mght find a link. It was actually their recipe ad not Jean Christophe's. Good luck.
