    The Kabin

I read that Norris is to buy Rita out with the proceeds of Ramsay's will.  I hope his first job is sacking Tina!  It wont be the same without Reet!

    Re: The Kabin

In common with all soap businesses the Kabin has been overstaffed, but once Rita has gone Norris won't be able to run it alone so I feel that Tina may stay, unless he gets someone else in......

    Re: The Kabin

One of the best things about Corrie for many a long year has been the banter between Rita and Norris. Lose this and Corries loses a lot of its soul.

    Re: The Kabin

We have to remember that Rita is not leaving the street, just giving up her job. This means that she will have even more time to spend wedged in the Rovers with Emily and Norris!

LOL if Rita was leaving she wouldnt leave by cruise, after all these years in Corrie she would have a dramatic storyline exit. (Ex, death)

    Re: The Kabin

Please tell me that the new employee in the Kabin will not be that pointless, inane character 'Sheila Wheeler'. Why are Corrie scriptwriters attracted to these daft, non funny characters. I thought I had seen some stupid story lines lately, but this takes the biscuit - hopefully a taxi far away from Weatherfield

    Re: The Kabin

Utterly ludicrous storyline and character (Sheila).

Norris would NEVER employ someone straight away and without checking references. All his life on Corrie has been one of attention to the tiniest of details - the "interview" was completely out of character.

As for Sheila - does Corrie really need another "comedy" female. Especially a not very funny at all "comedy" female. If this was the case, he may as well have taken on the awful Teresa and saved the producers a salary.

So has Rita gone already, that cruise was sorted out PDQ!Surprise   We definitely don't want Sheila in the shop, I think she will soon get on Norris' nerves.

Had to laugh when Norris asked Kirk if 'I said to you stationery what would you say' and he answered not moving.Big Smile Norris was biased against Theresa because of her past history, personally I think she has got her act together and is willing to actually work and not skiv off like she used to as is shown by the kebab shop.If she had been Dev would have fired her already.
