    mark wylde

Am I the only one who thinks the actor who plays mark wylde is wooden. The only facial expression he seems capable of is staring, staring harder and frowning with the occasional sigh. Can a storyline be created to put him in prison for the duaration?

The actor has always been wooden in everything I have seen him in, personally it fascinates me and makes me laugh in almost equal amounts !

"Mark Wylde is wooden" that seems to be the only thing people ever say about him and its getting tedious.

I believe he wants out and is being dreadful on purpose because at one stage he did improve.

he was actually fairly good at one stage. I'm with you cider, I think he's doing this on purpose because he, like the rest of us, is fed up with this storyline

He played a good part in Thunderbirds or was it Stringray?

Oh how I agree with your comments!

He is just so wooden.......and I believe he has started to use the old Grecian 2000........well it certainly liiked that way in episodes last week!

A so called famous actor......well to my mind he is a load of rubbish.

Also, lately Natasha has started to look older.

We have had far far better actors and actresses in Emmerdale.

I knew they were a mistake as soon as I saw their pictures and heard about their famous past acting.

I don't believe it to be common practice to use Grecian 2000 on a syrup!

    Re: mark wylde

    Quite right.

I can't believe they waste two brilliant actresses likes Amanda Donohoe and Kim Thomson on Maxwell Caulfield. He's just not that good.

So right on both counts, it is truly unbelievable that these two would be so 'under his spell', and that Faye suddenly trusts him again, I know she was still in love with him when he left all those years ago, but his hateful behaviour toward her of late would certainly have cured me of that by now if I were her, but is she playing the long game and has a masterplan as has been suggested? I would like to think so, he and his reprehensible son, Nathan, both need taking down a peg or six!

    Re: mark wylde

I just cant wait for it all to come out as to why he really left her all those years ago. Maxwell Caulfield said in a recent interview that the true reason is still to be revealed. I'm wondering whether he did a deal with the wrong people and got on the wrong side of them, either didn't pay up or something didnt go to plan and they were after him. Cant think why he wouldnt tell Faye though and they could have ran away together?? Anyone have any ideas??
