    James Corden...

...is deeply annoying and not that funny.  Could someone please make sure he doesn't shove himself onto an F1 broadcast again please with his rather random and non-comedic ramblings?

    Yours sincerely,

    The Audience

    Re: James Corden...

He isn't funny at all and his laugh really annoys me.

Borris was giving a serious and personal interview, while that fool in the back was playing up to the Camera.

I thought when he played smithy on the telly, that was his just his character, but to be honest, thats actually him in real life.

lol I loved it when Cordon butted in, and started talking to Jake, Borris looked puzzled then DC and said to Borris quietly "he's a comedian" (or something like that) lol. If he was actually famous, maybe the BBC would have interviewed him rather than Becker.

I found it funny, him acting like a typical comedian and jumping up and down when I saw Ron Dennis was the only time those around me paid attention to F1. Then again I was yelling, look look look at both occasions lol

I missed this...maybe I had a lucky escape. Was it on the red-button? I watched a lot of it, but then dinner was ready. He's never struck me as the F1 type - whose 'guest' was he? Becker has been to other races and knows a bit about it, at least. Did they get rid of him (Corden) easily enough?

    Cheers, everybody,

    Re: James Corden...

Just watched it - do you think someone said to him 'Button is the 2009 World Champion' and he memorised to say in interviews...? I've never been keen on 'celebrities' (dreadful word) being interviewed on the grid unless they know their stuff - for example, Eric Clapton, Mick Hucknall and Gordon Ramsay all seem to know what they're talking about, with Mick Hucknall once even mentioning Jean Alesi without being prompted!

However, this is when they're being interviewed - when they gatecrash an interview and prove to know nothing, it's even worse! Out of interest, if anyone has Gavin & Stacey (either series) on DVD, watch the commentary - he laughs a lot at his own jokes. Someone has to, I guess...

    Cheers, everybody,

    Re: James Corden...

James Corden has been a big fan of f1 for many many many hours. He was first alerted to f1 in April 2009, upon hearing news reports of Jenny Button winning races. In absolute shock, he believed the hype, and hysteria, and decided to follow Jenny for the rest of the season. He proclaims to have followed Jenny for many years, though has never been spotted at an f1 event previously. He apparently left the Yas Marina on the last bandwagon.

Good to see Jay Kay on the grid. I true petrolhead and personality with talent, unlike Corden.

he's just the 'fat kid' from school isn't he .. now that he's a minor british celeb he gets to act like the burke that he's always been but doesn't get picked on anymore. shame. annoying.

Agree, I thought Gavin and Stacey was very clever and funny.

Agree, he was a total idiot, it was extremely irritating to have him interrupting, like a little kid.
